Domestic Orders (Within India):
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please email us at lugai.apparels@gmail.com or call us at +91 95125 59905 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST). Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- After the 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled as they are already in the processing stage.
International Orders:
- Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for orders outside India.
- International orders can also be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at lugai.apparels@gmail.com or calling us at +91 95125 59905 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST).
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
- We accept exchanges for items that are damaged or have size-related issues. If you encounter either of these problems, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition with the zip tie tag intact and unbroken.
- The item should never have been worn, washed, or show any signs of stains or damage.
Exchange Process:

- Provide your order number, reason for the exchange, and details about the issue (damage or size-related).

Return Timeline:
- Please allow up to 10 days for the returned product to reach our facility.
Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled orders and eligible exchanges will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned product.
- The refund will be issued through an account transfer to the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon during the exchange process.
Refund Conditions:
- The returned item must meet our inspection criteria: zip tie tag intact, never worn, washed, or stained.
- If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
